These 10 minute sessions to help you rest, relax and replenish your energy.

They help you to recover from the stresses, and strains, and challenges in your life.

Use them to let go of stress and unwanted thoughts, and then focus your mind on the values and ideas you would like to have in your life.

Tip: A good time to use these sessions is early afternoon, after lunch, when your body’s natural circadian rhythm dips; usually between 1pm to 3pm. At this point, it is a bit like having a micro power nap, without the sleep. It can replenish your energy so you feel refreshed and more able to cope with the rest of your day.
