What is the Weight Loss Series?

This is a series of guided meditations to help you to lose weight.

Guided meditations to help you end battles with food, to change how you feel about food, to let go of unwanted habits and urges and desires, to develop your desire to eat healthy food, and to be more in tune with your body. It is about being at peace with food, so you can lose weight in a healthy and natural way.

The focus is mainly on helping you to change your thoughts, feelings and habits involving food. This helps you to lose weight, by developing healthy eating habits you are happy to have as part of your life.

It is not about starving yourself, or being on some restrictive diet, or calorie counting. You can still lose weight without starving yourself, nor being too focused on calories.

One of the problems with diets, is the focus on food, and what you can, and cannot eat. Your mind is very powerful, and you need to be careful of what you focus on. Yes, what you eat is important, but what you do, is down to your mind, and often those powerful, more survival-based and subconscious parts of your mind.

Your thoughts and feelings, and particularly your habits, have a huge influence over what you do every day. By helping you to change those bad habits and patterns around food, and developing positive thoughts and feelings and good eating habits, this will help you to lose weight, and to be healthier and happier too.
