The aims of this session

The aim of this session is to help you to be at peace with food.

It is to end those internal battles with food.

It is to about changing on the inside.

It is about having a good and positive relationship with food.

It is about being free, and in control, around food, particularly at times when you might be tempted to overeat, or eat a lot of unhealthy food.

It is about helping you to get back in control, and to let go of old unwanted habits, and instead, to develop some good healthy habits around food.

This session works best, used alongside a healthy diet you would be happy to live with.

Whatever diet plan you do follow, if you can, try and include a social aspect of meeting up with other people on a regular basis. Meeting with like minded people, who are also trying to eat healthy and lose weight. So this could be in one of the many various diet clubs out there, or it could be yourself with a friend, or a colleague, or within a small group. I know this is not for everyone, but there is a lot of value in that regular social and personal contact. It will help to motivate you, to keep you going, to feel supported when you need it, and perhaps you can help someone else when they need it, and also to share in your individual challenges and triumphs as you go forward.

How this session works

This is essentially a conditioning session to help you make changes in your mind.

It is to help change those internal habitual ways of thinking and feeling around food. This in turn will help you to change your habits in a positive way.

This session is about training your mind, to lose weight. And just like you would go to the gym to exercise a muscle to make it stronger, this is a session to train your mind, to help you to be stronger on the inside, and make those changes, so you can be the person you want to be. You wouldnít exercise a muscle once, and say thatís it, all done, because that is not how it works. But if you develop a plan, and exercise that muscle on a regular basis, with appropriate periods of rest in between, then that muscle will get stronger. It is the same with your mind, especially when you are training your mind to overcome those strong desires, urges, thoughts, emotions surrounding food.

So this is a session, to train your mind, to help you to lose weight.

How to use this session

Aim to use this hypnosis session every night, to help condition being at be at peace with food. Use it for at least 1 week. Or you can use it for longer like 2 or 3 weeks or more and there is plenty of value in doing that too. After that, come back to this session whenever you want to.

In general, as with all these sessions, the more you use this session, the more benefit you will receive from it.

This is also an extended version, which has more suggestions for drifting into sleep.

You can use whichever type of background music you prefer to listen to, or if you just want to listen to the words on their own, there is a voice only option too.

The sleep part of this session

This session is designed to be used at night, just before you go to sleep.

The first part of this hypnosis session is conditioning and training your mind to be at peace with food. Then later in the session, this is followed by suggestions and guided imagery for relaxation and drifting into sleep.

The aim is that you drift into sleep whilst listening to this session.
And even as you drift into sleep, your mind will still absorb some of the positive suggestions in this session, as you drift into sleep.

Also, as well as convenience, the other the benefit of using this session at night, is that, those last words or thoughts you have at night, before you go to sleep, can help you to plan, or change, how you go about your next day.

Summary

So in summary, this session is about helping you to be at peace with food. It is conditioning and training your mind to help you to lose weight. It is about changing on the inside. It is to help you to change those powerful emotions, and thoughts, and habits, and urges and desires, and internal drives you have with food.
