Description

This session is to help you to increase your confidence, to reduce stress, and to improve your general wellbeing and relationships. The aim is to allow a negative thought to trigger thinking about 5 or more positive thoughts.

Our minds naturally have a negative bias. It is a survival based strategy. We tend to notice negative things that might harm us, rather than the positive things around us. In the wild, if we don’t notice what threatens us, we are unlikely to live for very long. However, this negative bias is not always helpful in today’s modern society. Today’s perceived threats, are less likely to be physical. Instead, they are more likely to be abstract, and based on what is going on in our minds, as well as the people, the relationships, and the world around us.

This session is about balancing out that negative bias.

By doing this, this session can help you to naturally increase your general wellbeing, reduce stress, improve your relationships, and build your confidence and self esteem.

You can use this session as often as you want to. The more you use it, the more benefit you will receive from it.
