Intro & Aims

This session is about setting up your life to avoid the triggers to bad eating habits.

Once a bad eating habit has been triggered, it is a real battle to go against it.

If there is no trigger, there is no bad habit.

It is a far better use of your effort and time, to set up your life to avoid your triggers.

It is has been said that it is often easier to change our environment, than it is to change your mind.

This is an example of using your willpower wisely. Instead of using your willpower to battle against a powerful, emotionally driven bad eating habit, use your willpower instead to set up your life so you avoid the trigger to that bad eating habit.

This session is to help you with that.

Also, with time, those old bad eating habits become less of an issue in your life, because they are no longer part of your life. They are just things you used to do in the past.

Use this session daily for at least 1 week, and make those changes in your environment, that you need to do.

Don’t aim to be perfect, just make a start, stick to what is manageable in your life right now, and keep going.

Small, personal, consistent changes are often far better than one big change in one go.

Change the things around you that you can control, and it will help you to change your mind.

With good wishes,

Paul
