The aim of this hypnosis session:

The aim of this session is to deeply relax and de-stress. It is to allow your body to become more refreshed, and more in balance. It is a pleasant way to recharge your batteries. Plus, sometimes, when you relax deeply, you can get a different perspective on life, which can be very useful at times.

How to use:

In general, the more you practise using this relaxation hypnosis session, the more benefit you will get from it.

If you have previously listened to the introduction on track 1, you don’t need to listen to it again. You can go directly to the track you would like to use.
