Intro & Aims

The best way to avoid cravings in your life is to avoid eating craving inducing foods. These are mainly sugary foods, refined carbohydrate foods, and most processed foods. If you can stop eating these types of food, your physical cravings will go. The first week can be hard, as your body withdraws from these addictive foods, but after that, things will get easier.

This session can be useful to help through that withdrawal from addictive foods.

It can also be useful whenever the urge or desire or craving to eat addictive food comes up.

The aim of this session is to reduce the emotional drive a craving has. Instead of using food to relieve that craving, the aim is to get comfort and relief in a different way.

Use it as often as you need to. I would suggest daily for a week or two, and then as you need to thereafter.
