How to use:

Just click play when you want to go to sleep.

The aim of this guided meditation:

The aim is that you drift into sleep whilst listening to this session.

This session is a combination of guided relaxation, with spaces for meditation and mindfulness, and suggestions for drifting into sleep. It is the relaxation effect from the guided suggestions plus the background music which can help you drift into sleep.

This session can help you drift into sleep if your insomnia is related to worries, or stress, or anxiety, or irregular sleeping patterns, or due to the pressures of everyday life.

However, if you do suffer with insomnia, especially chronic insomnia, it is worthwhile seeing your doctor to make sure there is not an underlying cause for your insomnia.

Which version to use:

You can use the normal version, or the 8 hour version. The first part of the 8 hour version is the same as the normal version but after the spoken words have finished, the background music continues for the rest of the 8 hours.

I hope you enjoy using this ‘Insomnia Relief’ guided meditation, and that it works well for you.

Wishing you a deep and restful sleep,

Paul
