The aim of this guided meditation:
This session is to help you to relax and de-stress, and to find some peace and relief from those thoughts going around in your mind, or whatever might be causing you any discomfort.
It is also about developing a sense of peace inside you, and connecting to that peace whenever you need to.
So, it is at times, outside of listening to this session, when perhaps things are stressful, or overwhelming, or you are trying to resist a craving or a temptation, or you just feel out of sorts, or anxious, or uncomfortable, or irritated, or frustrated, or upset in some way. It is at these times to consciously remember, and connect, to this place of peace, that is here inside you.
With time and practice and intention, I hope it will help you to overcome, both the little, and the big things, in life, that hold you back.
It is about being more able to “be in peace”, whenever you need to.
How to use:
In general, the more you use this session, the more benefit you will get from it.
You can use it as often as you want to, and use whichever type of background music you prefer to use.
There is a normal standard version as well as a sleep version of this session. Use whichever version fits best into your day.
The normal standard version is focused on just the suggestions for being in peace.
Whereas, the sleep version is longer, and has additional suggestions and guided imagery for relaxation and drifting into sleep. The aim is that you drift into sleep whilst listening to the session. Your mind will still absorb some of the positive suggestions as you drift into sleep.
Also, the benefit of using this session at night, whether it is the normal standard version or the sleep version, is that, often those last words or thoughts you have at night, before you go to sleep, can change, or positively affect how you feel and go about your next day.
I hope you enjoy using this “Be In Peace” guided meditation and that it works well for you.
With good wishes,
Paul
