Time Out to Relax, Refresh and Refocus

Sessions to provide a brief time out during your day.

A time to relax your body, refresh your mind, and refocus on what is useful to you. 

Starting in 2025, you’ll notice a gentle emphasis on self-compassion and self-kindness woven into the sessions.

The sessions include suggestions related to personal values, affirmations, inspirational quotes, guided imagery, stress and anxiety reduction, building confidence, breaking unwanted habits, and supporting weight loss.
