The ‘affirmation’ when repeated on a regular basis, can have a positive effect on your mind. It can help you to be free of things in your mind, what hold you back.
It can help with things like weight loss, confidence, stress, personal development, career success, sporting achievement and more.
Which affirmations you chose to listen to, is personal to you and your current circumstances.
How are the 'affirmations' used in the sleep hypnotherapy sessions?
The ‘affirmation’ is repeated between periods of relaxation deepeners in a sleep hypnotherapy session.
