The sessions are to help deal with those ingrained habits, addictive desires and emotional attachments we have with food. They are about helping to make changes on the inside, and develop good positive habits which will help you to lose weight.
Use whichever session appeals to you the most, at that moment in time.
In general, I encourage aiming to be healthy first, and to lose weight as a secondary effect of developing a healthy life.

Sleep well, eat good food in a moderate amount, avoid a sedentary lifestyle, have periods where you don’t eat, manage your stress levels, keep a diary, and use these sessions on this website to help you develop healthy habits, and healthy thoughts and feelings with food.
