How to use:
The more you practise using this session, the more benefit you will get from it. To get the best results, aim to listen to this hypnosis session daily for 1 week. After that listen to it every now and again depending on your personal circumstances.
If you have previously listened to the introduction on track 1, you don’t need to listen to it again. You can go directly to the track you would like to use.
