The aim of this hypnosis session:

This hypnosis session aims to help you feel safe, while you are doing things that currently cause you stress or anxiety. It is suited for people who have anxiety such as social anxiety or agoraphobia or for anyone who feels a significant degree of stress in certain situations. In addition to helping you feel safe, this hypnosis session is also about motivation and overcoming procrastination. It helps you to become more motivated to do things you want to do, but you currently avoid doing. It helps you to take steps that will push your personal boundaries. It helps you to achieve what you want to achieve.

How to use:

The more you practise using this session, the more benefit you will get from it. To get the best results, aim to listen to this hypnosis session daily for 1 week. After that listen to it every now and again depending on your personal circumstances. If you have previously listened to the introduction on track 1, you don’t need to listen to it again. You can go directly to the track you would like to use.

Which version to use:

Use whichever version that fits best into your normal day. Use whichever type of background music that you prefer to use.

I hope you get good and lasting benefit from using this safe and motivation hypnosis session.

Best wishes,

Paul
