This technique involves tapping on acupuncture points, and is derived from Thought Field Therapy TFT and Emotional Freedom Technique EFT.
In addition to feeling instantly calm and relaxed, this technique can also get rid of unwanted negative emotions associated with specific thoughts or a situation. So when you experience those thoughts or situation in the future, there is a reduced, or no negative emotion associated with it.
