Exclusions – when not to listen to a hypnosis or hypnotherapy session.
Do not use or listen to any hypnosis or hypnotherapy product or session (whether in written or audio or video format) if you are:
– operating any machinery or equipment,
– engaged in any activity which requires your attention,
– in any situation where your ability to perform any action is required,
– if you suffer with epilepsy.
If you suffer with a significant mental health problem like schizophrenia, psychosis, or bipolar disorder it would be good practice to let your doctor know if you intend to use any hypnosis or hypnotherapy product/session/programme.
