The aim is that you drift into sleep whilst listening to this session.
This session is a combination of guided relaxation, with spaces for meditation and mindfulness, and suggestions for drifting into sleep. It is generally the relaxation effect from the guided suggestions plus the background music which can help you drift into sleep.
This session can help you drift into sleep if your insomnia is related to worries, or stress, or anxiety, or irregular sleeping patterns, or due to the pressures of everyday life.
However, if you do suffer with insomnia, especially chronic insomnia, it is worthwhile seeing your doctor to make sure there is not an underlying cause for your insomnia.

Just click play when you want to go to sleep.
You can play this session once, or have it on a continuous low volume repeat throughout the night.
Which version to use
You can use this version, or there is an 8 hour version.
The 8 hour version is the same as this version but after the spoken words have finished, the background music continues for the rest of the 8 hours.
