This hypnosis session is a pleasant way to reduce your stress or anxiety levels. The aim of this session is to allow your body to be refreshed and more in balance. It is a nice way to recharge your batteries. And sometimes, when you relax deeply, you can also get a different perspective on life, which can be useful at times.

This is the full version of the relaxation hypnosis session. If you have less time, then there is also a quick 10 minute version available.

Also, if you have never experience the state of hypnosis before, this is a pleasant introduction to it. It is safe, and you will be in control at all times. Just think of it as a guided relaxation session.
