The aim of this session is to help you to start to lose weight and to increase your motivation and determination to do so.

There are 4 day time versions, and 4 night time versions of this hypnotherapy session. The difference in the versions is the background music.

There is a version with brainwave entrainment in the background music both for the day time and night time versions. Brainwave entrainment is a music technology which is designed to help your brainwaves enter a more relaxed, peaceful, and meditative state of mind.

The day time version has the usual ending where you are brought back to being alert and awake at the end.

The night time version has suggestions at the end for you to drift off to sleep. It is ideal if you want to use this hypnotherapy session at night before you go to sleep.

How to use this weight loss and motivation hypnotherapy session:

Ideally aim to listen to this session every day for at least 7 days, and then whenever you wish depending on your personal circumstances.

Even if you drift off to sleep whilst listening to this session, or drift in and out of sleep whilst listening to this session, your mind will still absorb some of the positive weight loss suggestions while you sleep.

To be successful in losing weight, or to change any habit, you need a consistent level of motivation and determination to do so. Particularly with weight loss, you have to be on your guard. And if you motivation level is low, then it is hard to change unwanted eating habits, and it is easier to be tempted by food or drink you know that is bad for you, or to give in to cravings, or to use food as a comforter, or to use food to relieve stress.

To be successful you need to be motivated, and feel determined to accomplish what you want to achieve. Hence, this session is about keeping your motivation and determination levels high, so you can achieve your weight loss goals.

As well as helping you to increase your motivation and determination levels, there are also other suggestions in this session to help you lose weight. For example:

  • by helping you to make healthy positive choices,
  • by helping you to be more in control around food,
