The aim of this session is to help you to start to lose weight and to increase your confidence and self-esteem and self-worth.

There are 4 day time versions, and 4 night time versions of this this hypnotherapy session. They have different background music.
There is a version with brainwave entrainment in the background music both for day time and night time. Brainwave entrainment is a music technology which is designed to help your brainwaves enter a more relaxed, peaceful, and meditative state of mind.
The day time version has the usual ending where you are brought back to being alert and awake at the end.
The night time version has suggestions at the end for you to drift off to sleep. It is ideal if you want to use this hypnotherapy session at night before you go to sleep.
How to use this weight loss and confidence hypnotherapy session:
Ideally aim to listen to this session every day for at least 7 days, and then whenever you wish depending on your personal circumstances.
Even if you drift off to sleep whilst listening to this session, or drift in and out of sleep whilst listening to this session, your mind will still absorb some of the positive weight loss suggestions while you sleep.

Sometimes problems with weight can be related to low levels of confidence or self-esteem or self-worth.
For example, sometimes we use food for comfort because we do not like ourselves, or we think we do not deserve better. Or our confidence level is so low we overeat just to feel ok again.
So by increasing your confidence and your self-esteem and your self-worth it can reduce the emotional reasons why you might overeat or comfort eat in the first place. This can help make losing weight easier for you.
The second way this hypnotherapy session can help you lose weight:
As well as increasing your confidence and self-esteem and self-worth, there are also other suggestions in this session to help you lose weight. For example:
- by helping you to be more in control around food,
- and to lose weight by eating less,
- and focusing on stopping eating when that sensation of hunger goes from your stomach,
- and to enjoy eating healthier foods.
