Sink to the bottom of the river, and watch the ripples on the surface of the water, from deep, on the river bed.

 

I have combined inspirational quotes within a session for sleep. 

The quotes are repeated several times within the session. The aim is to have words that represent a truth, that your mind can absorb, as you relax and drift into a pleasant place in your mind, or sleep. I hope, with time and repetition, you are able to bring those words and thoughts to become part of your daily life. 

I would recommend using the sessions as a ‘time-out for yourself’, at the end of a busy day, or to help you drift into sleep.
