This hypnotherapy session aims to help you feel safe, while you are doing things that currently cause you stress or anxiety. It is suited for people who have anxiety such as social anxiety or agoraphobia or for anyone who feels a significant degree of stress in certain situations.
In addition to helping you feel safe, this hypnotherapy session is also about motivation and overcoming procrastination. It helps you to become more motivated to do things you want to do, but you currently avoid doing. It helps you to take steps that will push your personal boundaries. It helps you to achieve what you want to achieve.
In some ways, this is a “two-in-one” hypnotherapy session. The first part is about being safe, feeling safe and confident in anxiety or stress provoking situations. And the second part is about having the motivation to do things which are currently uncomfortable for you. It helps you to push past procrastination, and to take those steps, one by one, until you achieve what you have set out to do. And while you take those steps, you maintain a link with a safe place inside you.
It does take repeated listening to this session to condition these positive effects. And the more you practise listening to this session, the more benefit you will get from it.
