Overcome Social Anxiety – FREE 12 week course |
This is a free 12 week course to overcome social anxiety disorder.
It uses hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioural techniques, thought field therapy TFT, emotional freedom technique EFT, and neurolinguistic programming NLP.
The cognitive behavioural techniques and the neurolinguistic programming techniques are within the hypnotherapy sessions.
There are 12 sessions.
Use one session per week.
Ideally, use a session daily for one week, or at least 3 times in a week, before moving onto the next session.
