The more you practise using it, the more it will get conditioned in your mind, and the more benefit you will get from it. To get the best results, aim to listen to this hypnotherapy session daily for 1 week, and then after that, every now and again depending on your personal circumstances.
This is the full version. There is also a short version, which has a shorter hypnotic induction. Both versions have exactly the same therapeutic suggestions to help you increase your confidence, self-esteem and self-belief.
It is your own personal preference which version you use – the short or full version.

But consider using the short version if you find you go too deep with this full version. Ideally aim to be in a medium state of hypnosis/relaxation during the session. This is so your mind can absorb the therapeutic suggestions aimed to increase your confidence, self-esteem and self-belief. And what you may find over time, as you practise going into hypnosis, it become easier to do this, so you need less of the relaxing hypnotic induction at the start of the session. And instead you can go directly to the therapeutic suggestions.
So using the short version may give you the same, or better, results in less time.
