Hypnosis for feeling safe and motivated

I’ve released a hypnotherapy session which is useful for anyone who gets stressed or anxious in certain situations. It is useful for social anxiety or agoraphobia or any situation which causes significant stress.

It also helps to overcome procrastination. Particularly if the procrastination is related to avoidance behaviour due to the anxiety or stress or negative feelings associated with particular situations. It helps you to be more motivated to take the steps that you need to take, so you can achieve what you set out to do.

For more information, and to listen to the session, see the safe and motivation hypnotherapy webpage.

Take care,

Paul
